I called them on a Sunday afternoon and the owner Dave, was at my home within the hour. He explained the process and the work started the next day. n mid June 2026 I noticed a bubble in the vinyl kitchen floor tile repair. I thought it needed some glue but when I cut into it, it was very wet. Eventually we figured out it was a leaking water heater. Apparently, it had a slow leak for a long time and caused extensive damage to the subfloor in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Even by the insurance adjuster's initial assessment, the repairs would require removing and replacing the cabinets. I asked my plumber, Peter Mikov, if he knew someone I could contact about the repairs and he highly recommended Dave Lewis at Superior. Here we are in early August, happily moving back into our restored and updated home! Dave and Cody are a pleasure to work with! We are very grateful for the referral. Superior Flood and Fire Restoration, Inc., did a great job in a difficult situation--a park model mobile home with custom sizes, and the previous owners had installed a floor on top of the original floor. Dave and Cody are very experienced at working within the standards and terms of insurance companies and they did an excellent, thorough job of documenting everything. Superior Flood and Fire is the company to use if you need your ducts cleaned.  Had my ducts cleaned and ozium treatment done.  The owner  and technician was first class and they get the job done quickly, correctly and with great care for your property.  Very happy with the service they provided. Superior did an amazing job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent! Prior to the cleaning of the air ducts, our allergies inside our home were awful. But since the cleaning our sinuses have been so much clearer! Also, we had never had our dryer or vent cleaned out. When Superior showed us the picture of how full of lint both the dryer and vent to the roof were, I couldn't believe it! Our dryer was only 4 years old and it was already packed with lint. Since the cleaning, it cut my drying time almost in half and I now feel so much better knowing we eliminated that fire hazard! We will definitely be having this done yearly! This team is exceptional. I had a horrific odor issue in a tiny attic nook left from a previous bat issue. After the initial consult, I was scheduled quickly, the work was completed in the timeframe allotted and was wonderfully done. 5 stars for sure!!! It was a good experience with Superior Flood.  I called on a Saturday of a 3 day holiday weekend,  Dave showed up in 40 minutes, handled my water loss with such professionalism. Dave Lewis came out so fast! Flooded toilet upstairs caused water to travel down wall into garage. He put us at ease after inspecting walls and affected areas. Had our ducts cleaned by Superior Flood and Fire Restoration.  The techs, Cisco and Christian, were very open to listening to our concerns throughout the process.  They paid very good attention to detail and explained everything that was being done to our satisfaction.  We really wanted to improve our air quality due to asthma problems we had.  Dave, the owner, gave us a 10% senior discount as well.  We can breathe much more better now and highly recommend them.  They were on time and were almost immediately available to do the job. Robert and Tanya Aguirre of Superior Flood and Fire Restoration were very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional in their service.  I had my air ducts cleaned. They explained every step they were doing, showed me on the camera what they were seeing, and what they could or could not do, and why. I work for a loan company, and the first thing I saw when i opened up the store was unsettling. Someone, overnight, decided to use our wall as a bathroom, had feces over it and underwear, etc. It was disgusting. I called around for a few estimates and quotes, and Dave personally came down to give me a quote. Luckily he was in the San Jacinto Area which quickened up things. He charged me an awesomely fair amount for the cleaning and sanitation. He also personally came down to clean it himself, and was really quick about it. Amazingly fast service, and truly sticks up to the five stars that they currently have. If you need anything cleaned, whatso ever, give them a call! Our motorhome had smoke damage from a fire last Jan. It had been in the shop being repaired for 11 months. The company that was doing the repairs were also suppose to do the cleaning. We got our motorhome back two weeks ago and we were  told it was complete and cleaning was all done. This was the 2nd time it was returned to us and told it was clean.  The only thing that company did was wipe down the counters, I called our our insurance company who said to call Superior Flood and Fire.  The owner Dave sent an estimator out the same day. They started the job when they said they would, they were here on time and the girls that were doing the cleaning did a great job. The girls made sure we were happy before they left the job site. I called Superior because my floor got flooded over the weekend. Dave was on it that same day. I am a renter and our maintenance man had looked at it already and didn't seem concerned about the damage that was done. Dave offered to come look at it free of charge and even spoke to the maintenance man on what needed to be done. Dave was honest about the situation even when he had nothing to gain since management has their own service people. Dave got back to me the same day I left a message.  He came out the next day to give me an estimate on carpet, tile and air duct cleaning.  The price seemed very fair and reasonable.  They were able to fit us in very soon afterward--within a day or two.  First day was air duct and tiles, second was carpet.  "Part of the service" was helping move furniture out of the way, and then back into position.  Workers arrived *exactly* on time, and every one was clean and professional.
